Q : Is my computer compatible with this website ?
We are constantly reviewing and upgrading our software to make it more user friendly. Currently, this website works best with Internet Explorer. (back to top)


Q : How does this website work ?
First and foremost, you will need to set up a free account before you can access the main functions of this website. Once you have registered a free account, take some time to do up your own personal profile where other members can view you. When you are all set, start the first mission and join in the fun. For every mission you completed, you will get a status upgrade that entitles you to a list of Perks & Discounts as well as more access within the site. (back to top)


Q : How do I set up a free account ?
If you are a new user, click on 'Sign Up Now' on the main page. Fill in all the fields in the form. You need to have a valid email address as the account can only be activated upon verification via email. Please do read through the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully. (back to top)


Q : How do I start / edit a profile ?
Some of the information which you have filled in when you registered will be reflected in your default profile page. Click on 'MyProfile' on the main page and you may edit your profile and/or upload up to 5 photos. Remember to click 'Save' after every update. (back to top)


Q : How do I change my account password ?
Likewise how you edit your profile, simply key in the new password (twice for confirmation) and click 'Save'. (back to top)


Q : Can I use one email to make multiple accounts ?
No. You can only use one email address for one account. In fact, there is no need for multiple accounts. (back to top)


Q : What do I need to take note when uploading photos ?
A limit of 100KB per photo is in place. Do ensure that your photo is not bigger than the allowed size. Please also ensure that the photos you uploaded are your own photos and not taken off from another profile or from a copyrighted source. (back to top)


Q : How do I check my messages / encouragements ?
On the main page, click on 'MyProfile'. Under your photos, there is a link 'MyFolder'. Click on this link to check your inbox (messages) or encouragements received. (back to top)


Q : What is an 'encouragement' ?
An encouragement is sent by someone to you as a form of support. You can also send encouragements to other members. (back to top)

Q : How do I start a mission ?
Go to ‘MyMission’ from the main page and start the first mission. Please note that you cannot start the next mission without completing the earlier one. (back to top)


Q : Is there any minimum time to complete a mission ?
While there is a dateline for mission submissions, there is no minimum time in place for you to upload your mission. In fact, you can submit a mission one day after you started the mission. Nonetheless, the datelines are set in accordance to a reasonable fulfillment period. An early submission that fails to meet our criteria will be rejected. (back to top)


Q : Can I restart my mission after I have started ?
Yes you can, upon request via email (pm@projectmission.com.sg) and a valid reason. (back to top)


Q : Can I submit my mission after the maximum time given ?
You will have to restart the mission and submit the information again. (back to top)


Q : How long do I have to wait for my mission to be approved ?
Not all missions will be approved. We are looking at the completion of the mission requirements as well as a clear and logical journal / review before we approve the submission. It will usually take 24 hours or less for your mission to be reviewed. (back to top)


Q : How do I redeem Perks & Discounts listed in the website ?
Different Perks & Discounts have different redemption methods. Please read the instructions on each Perks & Discounts listing carefully. (back to top)


Q : Will my account be suspended ?
Your account will be suspended if you have breeched any part of Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy which you agree to adhere to when you register. Your account may also be suspended if you did not start the first/ next mission within 6 months. (back to top)


Q : What should I do if encounter an error page ?
Refresh the page or close window and load it again. If the error still persists, contact us immediately at pm@projectmission.com.sg (back to top)


Q : Sound like I have to spend a lot of money to complete the missions – especially Mission 2. Is that right?
It’s not true. For Mission 1, you can incorporate the mission into your usual shopping trips downtown. Just make an extra effort to visit some of the arts venues. As for Mission 2, there are a lot of free performances in Singapore. When you click start on Mission 2, you will be able to see a link of some of the free performances and exhibitions in Singapore. Don’t worry, there are plenty to choose from. As for Mission 3, the one day attachment is absolutely free of charge for you. You do not have to pay anything for it. (back to top)
